RESOLUTION NO. 2018-285
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
PARKING - INC. OF DES MOINES, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT
OF $203,564.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE
CONTROL SYSTEM (PARCS), AND RELATED PARKING
LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Parking-Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa in the amount of $203,564.00, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Parking Access and Revenue Control System
(PARCS), and related parking lot improvements project, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2018-283, after public hearing on
April 30, 2018 on published notice required by law, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
