RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MITIGATION
OF UTILITY FACILITY CONFLICTS WITH UNITE PRIVATE
NETWORKS, LLC, FOR SERVICES RELATED TO THE FY
2018 UNIVERSITY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE I -
GREENHILL ROAD TO EVERGREEN AVENUE, CONTRACT
NO. 933, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Agreement for Mitigation of Utility Facility Conflicts with Unite Private Networks, LLC of
Kansas City, Missouri and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with services related to the
FY 2018 University Avenue Reconstruction - Phase I - Greenhill Road to Evergreen
Avenue, Contract No. 933 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
