RESOLUTION NO. 2018-293
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY MIKE DOLAN CONCRETE &
MASONRY, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL
COST OF $165,071.72, FOR THE FY 2016 PERMEABLE
ALLEY PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 905, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work
in conjunction with the FY 2016 Permeable Alley Project, Contract No. 905, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. has completed the aforementioned
project in accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$165,071.72.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. in the amount of$165,071.72, in
conjunction with the FY 2016 Permeable Alley Project, Contract No. 905, are hereby approved,
and the two (2)year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 301h day of April 2018.
