RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$31,500.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DRY RUN CREEK
ARCH CULVERT REVIEW, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 30, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$31,500.00, in
conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Arch Culvert Review is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April 2018.
