Address City State Zip Code Print / Type Name (Dollars) (Dollars) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Utility (AWD) 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan (AWD) BID DEADLINE: 1:OOpm, Thursday, Mav 10, 2018 The City of Waterloo, Iowa, is seeking competitive bids on a mixture of Six (6) 2017 Police Interceptor Sedans and Utility vehicles as described in the enclosed specifications. The quantity of each type will be determined based on budget availability and lowest responsible bid per type vehicle. All bids are to be submitted to the City Clerk, 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa 50702, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the following: a) The name and business address of the bidder b) The specific item that is being bid c) Date and time of the bid All bids must meet or exceed the Specifications provided. Bids that do not meet or exceed the Specifications will be rejected. All bid prices are recognized by the City and the Bidder to be valid irrevocably for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the calendar date of the Bid Opening. Standard procedures dictate that the City of Waterloo will accept the lowest responsive, responsible bid. However, the bidder understands that The City of Waterloo, Iowa reserves the right to accept or reject anv and all bids.
