RESOLUTION NO. 2018-300
RESOLUTION RESETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 17,
2018, AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 21, 2018, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTE MANAGEMENT
ADMINISTRATION HVAC COOLING SYSTEM, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Waste Management
Administration HVAC Cooling System be re-scheduled for May 17, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 21St day of May 2018,
to hold a public hearing in conjunction with the Waste Management Administration HVAC
Cooling System.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2018.
