RESOLUTION NO. 2018-301
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 21, 2018 TO CARRY OUT THE TERMS OF THE
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF THE CITY'S PARTIAL INTEREST
IN A PARCEL LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 63 OF COOLEY
ADDITION ADJACENT TO 519 E. 3' STREET, TO JSA
DEVELOPMENT, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND
AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 21St day of May 2018,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing to carry out the terms of the previously approved
agreement for the sale and conveyance of the city's partial interest in a parcel located within
Block 63 of Cooley Addition adjacent to 519 E. 3rd Street, to JSA Development, LLC, in the
amount of$1.00.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2018.
