RESOLUTION NO. 2018-304
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 BRIDGE AND CULVERT
REPAIRS, CONTRACT 950.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Bridge and Culvert Repairs, Contract 950, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2018 Bridge and Culvert Repairs, Contract 950, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2018 Bridge and Culvert Repairs, Contract 950, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2018.
