RESOLUTION NO. 2018-309
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE OF PARKING, INC. DBA
KECK, INC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARKING
ACCESS AND REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM, AND
RELATED PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$203,564.00, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contracts, bonds and certificate of insurance of Parking, Inc. dba Keck, Inc. in
conjunction with the Parking Access and Revenue Control System, and related parking lot
improvements at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the amount of $203,564.00, are hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
