ORIGINAL PLAT,ON THE WEST SIDE
OF THE CEDAR RIVER, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUN-
TY, IOWA, LOCALLY KNOWN AS 327
WEST 38D STREET, WATERLOO,
IOWA,50701 AND COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE WATERLOO PUBLIC MARKET.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
