OPENING OF BIDS All proposals received for the 2018 Waste Management Admin HVAC Cooling Sys- tem will be opened in the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., and the proposals will be referred to the Waste Management Services for recom- mendation of award.
