RESOLUTION NO. 2018-341
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTE MANAGEMENT
ADMINISTRATION HVAC COOLING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Treatment Operations Supervisor, Waste Management Services, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waste Management Administration
HVAC Cooling System, and
WHEREAS, said Treatment Operations Supervisor, Waste Management Services, did file
said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waste Management
Administration HVAC Cooling System, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 21, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Waste Management Administration HVAC Cooling System, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of May 2018.
