RESOLUTION NO. 2018-343
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE SIX (6)
POLICE INTERCEPTOR AWD VEHICLES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, instructed the Interim Public
Works Director to prepare and file specifications, form of bid, etc. in conjunction with the
purchase of six (6) Police Interceptor AWD vehicles, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did present said specifications, form of
bid, etc. for review by the council, in conjunction with the purchase of six (6) Police Interceptor
AWD vehicles, and
Whereas, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 21, 2018.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that upon review of said specifications, form of bid, etc., it is deemed
advisable and necessary and it is so ordered to proceed with the purchase of six (6) Police
Interceptor AWD vehicles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of May 2018.
