RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES WASTEWATER DISPOSAL
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION FEE
FORM AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT APPLICATION
SCHEDULE A, GENERAL INFORMATION FOR THE
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN SAID APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
that the Iowa Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Disposal System Construction
Permit Application Fee Form and Construction Permit Application Schedule A, General
Information for the Northwest Interceptor, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of May 2018.
