RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND
REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG), IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00, FOR THE WRITING,
PREPARATION, AND SUBMITTAL OF THE SHAULIS ROAD
RECREATIONAL TRAIL EXTENSION APPLICATION FOR
STATE RECREATIONAL TRAIL FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 21, 2018, between INRCOG and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed, $2,000.00, for grant writing services related to the
writing, preparation, and submittal of the Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension application
for State Recreational Trail Funds, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of May 2018.
