RESOLUTION NO. 2018-346
RESOLUTION APPROVING FACILITY PLAN AND
INTENDED USE PLAN APPLICATION, (IUP) FOR FUNDING
FROM THE STATE REVOLVING FUND, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
submission of an intended use plan funding application, dated May 21, 2018, to the State of Iowa
Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund in conjunction with Northwest Interceptor is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21"day of May 2018.
