RESOLUTION NO. 2018-350
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR A MINOR PLAT OF PARCELS `B" AND "C" OF
TRIANGLE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED ADJACENT TO
5050 FOULK ROAD, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING A TWO
LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, on the 21St day of May, 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa the Minor Plat of Parcels `B" and "C", of Triangle Terrace Subdivision,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, generally located adjacent to 5050 Foulk Road, and
necessary documents, were presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to and has been approved by
the Waterloo City Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Minor Plat of Parcels `B" and "C", of Triangle Terrace Subdivision, generally located
adjacent to 5050 Foulk Road, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and necessary documents,
are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify
and affix their signatures to said resolution on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of May 2018.
