RESOLUTION NO. 2018-352
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH KWWL TELEVISION, INC., CHANGING
THE MINIMUM ASSESSED VALUE FROM $1,800,000 TO
$1,768,800, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated
March 21, 2018, between KWWL Television, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, changing the
minimum assessed value from $1,800,000 to $1,768,800, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21"day of May 2018.
