RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF CITY OF
WATERLOO TO NAME A PRIVATE STREET MARIGOLD
DRIVE, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF AFTON
DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the private street located in the vacated Marigold Drive right-of-way southeast of Afton Drive
and adjacent to Lot 19 Cedar Hills and adjacent to Tracts Cedar Hills, shall be named as "Marigold
Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2018.
