1001 Install three steel guardrail posts at the box culvert on E. San Marnan Access Road
with IDOT Standard Road Plan BA-210 Adaptor
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
1001 Proposed guardrail posts located on box culvert need to be steel posts with adaptor unit as
per BA-210
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows-
1001. Guardrail posts, Steel, w/ BA-210 Adaptor 3 Each @ $825.00 Each = $2,475.00
TOTAL INCREASE $2,475.00
