2001 Install four directional signs for Covenant Hospital/Clinics
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
2001 Provide motorists with alternate route to Covenant Hospital and Clinics during the
reconstruction of the E. San Marnan Access Road.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
2001. Directional signs — Covenant Hospital 4 Each @ $137.50 Each = $550.00
