MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This memorandum of understanding is between the City of Waterloo, Iowa hereinafter referred to as City,
and the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments, hereinafter referred to as INRCOG.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to have the 1973 Areawide Sanitary Sewer Study updated through a contract
between INRCOG and an engineering firm,AECOM:
Total Project Cost: $75,000,of which$5,000 will be used by INRCOG to administer the Update. By
approving this Memorandum,the City is indicating its willingness to financially
support half of the Total Project Cost.
Project Description: Update of the 1973 Areawide Sanitary Sewer Study
The City will enter into an agreement with INRCOG to finance half of the Total Project Cost, as indicated
above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, th kity of Waterloo, Iowa and INRCOG have executed this memorandum of
understanding as of this day of -Aptt=C 2018.
