RESOLUTION NO. 2018-360
REQUEST FROM FULL HOUSE PRODUCTIONS, LLC DBA
SPICOLI'S, FOR A VARIANCE TO THE NOISE ORDINANCE,
ON MAY 24-27, 2018, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CORN
STOCK MUSIC EVENT, INCLUDING A BEER GARDEN, PA
SYSTEM, AND LIVE BAND MUSIC, TOGETHER WITH
RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF THE POLICE
CAPTAIN.
WHEREAS, Full House Productions, LLC dba Spicoli's is requesting a variance to the
Noise Ordinance May 24-27, 2018 in conjunction with the Corn Stock music event, including a
beer garden, PA system, and live band music, together with recommendation of approval of the
Police Captain, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No. 3094,Noise Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Full House Productions, LLC dba Spicoli's for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance on May 24-27, 2018, in conjunction the Corn Stock music
event, including a beer garden, PA system, and live band music, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2018.
