RESOLUTION NO. 2018-367
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) 1-TON DRW 4 X 4 PICKUP
TRUCK WITH 84" CAB INCLUDING A SNOW PLOW
PACKAGE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 1-Ton DRW 4 X 4 pickup truck with
84" cab including a snow plow package, and
WHEREAS, said Interim public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 1-Ton DRW 4 X 4 pickup truck with
84" cab including a snow plow package, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 29, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) 1-Ton DRW 4 X 4 pickup truck with 84" cab including a snow plow
package, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 291h day of May 2018.
