RESOLUTION NO. 2018-368
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 1-TON
DRW 4 X 4 PICKUP TRUCK WITH 84" CAB INCLUDING A
SNOW PLOW PACKAGE, FOR THE SEWER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-367, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 1-Ton DRW 4 X 4 pickup truck with 84" cab including
a snow plow package, for the sewer department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on May 29, 2018 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
