RESOLUTION NO. 2018-374
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT, INC. OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $65,100,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE
SIGNALS AND FIBER OPTIC COMMUNICATIONS
UPGRADE PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 29, 2018, between Ament, Inc. of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $65,100, for the Traffic
Adaptive Signals and Fiber Optic Communications Upgrade project, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 291h day of May 2018.
