RESOLUTION NO. 2018-375
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE YEAR FARM LEASE
AGREEMENT FOR 2017 WITH DOUG BRUNS TO FARM
APPROXIMATELY 28.4 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 20 AND WEST OF
KIMBALL AVENUE FOR A TOTAL YEARLY PAYMENT OF
$800.00 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the farm lease dated May 29, 2018 between Doug Bruns and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
farm approximately 28.4 acres of land generally located south of Highway 20 and west of
Kimball Avenue for a total yearly payment of $800.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 291h day of May 2018.
