RESOLUTION NO. 2018-376
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR GRANT AWARD
BETWEEN THE WATERLOO HOUSING TRUST FUND V AND THE
CITY OF WATERLOO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000, FOR REPAIRS TO
EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY OWNER OCCUPIED HOMES, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for grant award dated May 29, 2018 between the Waterloo Housing Trust Fund
V and the City of Waterloo Community Development Department, in the amount of$15,000 for
repairs to existing single family owner occupied homes, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2018.
