RESOLUTION NO. 2018-317
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE SIGNALS
ON HWY. 218 AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND FIBER
OPTIC COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE, PROJECT #STP-A-
8155(743)--86-07.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Traffic Adaptive Signals on Hwy. 218 and San Marnan
Drive and Fiber Optic Communications Upgrade, Project#STP-A-8155(743)--86-07, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Traffic Adaptive Signals on Hwy. 218 and San Marnan
Drive and Fiber Optic Communications Upgrade, Project#STP-A-8155(743)--86-07, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 14, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Traffic Adaptive Signals on Hwy. 218 and San Marnan Drive and Fiber Optic
Communications Upgrade, Project#STP-A-8155(743)--86-07, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
