RESOLUTION NO. 2018-318
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE SIGNALS ON
HWY. 218 AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND FIBER OPTIC
COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE, PROJECT #STP-A-8155(743)--
86-07.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-317, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Traffic Adaptive Signals on Hwy. 218 and San Marnan Drive and Fiber
Optic Communications Upgrade, Project #STP-A-8155(743)--86-07, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on May 14, 2018
as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
