RESOLUTION NO. 2018-320
RESOLUTION APPROVING PERFORMANCE EVALUATON
SCHEDULE FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Performance evaluations shall be conducted for all city employees annually
beginning July 1, 2019 by the applicable supervisor.
Section 2. Performance evaluations for the City Clerk and City Attorney shall be
conducted annually by members of the City Council, Mayor and Human Resources Director
beginning July 1, 2019.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
