RESOLUTION NO. 2018-322
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH ADVANCED HEAT TREAT, CORP. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, TO ALLOW EARTH-MOVING
ACTIVITIES IN PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE
SITE SOUTH OF 2825 MIDPORT BLVD., AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated May 14, 2018, between Heat Treat, Corp. and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for earth-moving activities in preparation for the development of a site
south of 2825 Midport Blvd., is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
