RESOLUTION NO. 2018-327
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT
FROM R.J. MCELROY TRUST IN THE AMOUNT OF
$125,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LINCOLN PARK
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant from R.J. McElroy Trust in the amount of $125,000, in conjunction with the
Lincoln Park Improvements Project, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
