RESOLUTION NO. 2018-328
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
APPLICATION TO BLACK HAWK GAMING ASSOCIATION,
FOR GRANT FUNDING UP TO $250,000, WITH A 50
PERCENT MATCH OF DEPARTMENTAL FUNDS,
TO CONSTRUCT A VEHICLE EVIDENCE STORAGE
FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of a grant application to Black Hawk Gaming Association, for grant funding
up to $250,000 with a 50 percent match of departmental funds, to construct a vehicle evidence
storage facility, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
