ORDINANCE NO. 5451 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING REZONING 0.87 ACRES FROM FROM "R-4, C-Z" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT TO "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-TENANT RETAIL CENTER. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to rezone rezoning 0.87 acres from from "R-4, C-Z" Multiple Residence Conditional Zoning District to "C-2" Commercial District for construction of a multi-tenant retail center, and legally described as follows: DIXON PLACE FOURTH ADDITION LOT 66, LOT 67, LOT 68. INTRODUCED: April 30, 2018 PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: April 30, 2018 PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: May 7, 2018 PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: May 14, 2018 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May 2018.
