RESOLUTION NO. 2018-398
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOWING CONTRACT FOR CITY
OWNED LOTS GENERALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH IOWA
CODE 657A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Mowing Contract for City Owned Lots Generally
acquired Through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director, did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Mowing Contract for City Owned
Lots Generally Acquired Through Iowa Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 4, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Mowing Contract for City Owned Lots Generally Acquired Through Iowa Code 657A, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2018.
