RESOLUTION NO. 2018-399
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOWING CONTRACT FOR CITY
OWNED LOTS GENERALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH IOWA
CODE 657A.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-398, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Mowing Contract for City Owned Lots Generally Acquired Through Iowa
Code 657A, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on June 4,
2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2018.
