RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY K. CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION CO.,
INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$614,092.91 IN CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2016 SHAULIS
ROAD RECREATIONAL TRAIL EXTENSION - PHASE I,
CONTRACT NO. 858.
WHEREAS, K. Cunningham Construction Co., Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed
work in conjunction with the FY 2016 Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension- Phase I,
Contract No. 858, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, K. Cunningham Construction Co. has completed the aforementioned
project, in accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of$614,092.91.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
work, for work performed by K. Cunningham Construction Co. in the amount of$614,092.91, in
conjunction with the FY 2016 Shaulis Road Recreational Trail Extension- Phase I, Contract No.
858, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2018.
