RESOLUTION NO. 2018-432
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE GENERAL AVIATION APRON
PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, VIA FAA GRANT
PROJECT NO: 3-19-0094-0046.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Aviation, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the General Aviation Apron Pavement Reconstruction Project at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, via FAA Grant Project No: 3-19-0094-0046, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Aviation, did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the General Aviation Apron Pavement Reconstruction Project
at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via FAA Grant Project No: 3-19-0094-0046, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 18, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the General Aviation Apron Pavement Reconstruction Project at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
via FAA Grant Project No: 3-19-0094-0046, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
