RESOLUTION NO. 2018-433
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE GENERAL AVIATION APRON
PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, VIA FAA GRANT
PROJECT NO: 3-19-0094-0046.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-432, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
General Aviation Apron Pavement Reconstruction Project at the Waterloo Regional Airport, via
FAA Grant Project No: 3-19-0094-0046, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a
public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
