RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
VERIZON WIRELESS TO BE ABLE TO PLACE EQUIPMENT
ON CITY LIGHT STRUCTURES, FOR A PERIOD OF
TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEARS, WITH SUPPLEMENTS FOR
FIVE YEARS AT $30 PER MONTH/POLE, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right-of-Way Lease Agreement dated June 18, 2018, between Verizon Wireless and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to place equipment on city light structures, for a period of twenty-five (25)
years, with supplements for five years at $30 per month/pole,is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
