RESOLUTION NO. 2018-436
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH THE CEDAR
VALLEY JAYCEES FOR THE 85TH ANNUAL GREATER CEDAR
VALLEY JAYCEES WATERLOO OPEN GOLF CLASSIC, WITH A
RENTAL PAYMENT TO THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000.00,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the contract dated June 18, 2018, between the Cedar Valley Jaycees and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the 85th Annual Greater Cedar Valley Jaycees Waterloo Open Golf Classic,
with a rental payment to the City in the amount of$3,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
