RESOLUTION NO. 2018-438
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF PROPERTY
INSURANCE FOR A TOTAL PREMIUM OF $286,663, WITH
CHUBB INSURANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the annual renewal of property insurance agreement dated June 18, 2018, between Chubb
Insurance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa to provide property, insurance coverage for a total
premium of$286,663, together with recommendation of approval by the Insurance Committee, is
hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
