RESOLUTION NO. 2018-439
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF GENERAL, CYBER,
AUTO LIABILITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC OFFICIALS,
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, AND ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
COVERAGE WITH TRAVELERS INSURANCE FOR A TOTAL
PREMIUM OF $824,591.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the annual renewal of general, cyber, auto liability, law enforcement, public officials, errors
and omissions, and umbrella insurance agreement dated June 18, 2018, between Travelers
Insurance and the City of Waterloo, Iowa to provide general, cyber, and auto liability, law
enforcement, public officials, errors and omissions, and umbrella insurance for a total premium
of$824,591, together with recommendation of approval by the Insurance Committee, is hereby
approved and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
