RESOLUTION NO. 2018-442
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR EXCESS
LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH ALLIED INSURANCE FOR A
TOTAL PREMIUM OF $50,523.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Excess Liability Insurance Agreement dated June 18, 2018, between Allied Insurance
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa to provide excess liability insurance coverage for a total premium
of $50,523, together with recommendation of approval by the Insurance Committee, is hereby
approved and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
