RESOLUTION NO. 2018-444
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES WITHIN
THE MIDPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $3,700, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated June 18, 2018, between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $3,700 for land
surveying services, within the Midport Industrial Park, is hereby approved and the Mayor
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June 2018.
