ing System as described in the plans and
specifications,prepared by Kapaun Con-
sulting Engineers now on file in the City
Clerk's office,Waste Management Serv-
ices.
OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received for the 2018 Waste
Management Admin HVAC Cooling Sys-
tem will be opened in the City Clerk's
Office in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, on
Thursday July 12,2018,at 1:00 p.m.,and
the proposals will be referred to the
Waste Management Services for recom-
mendation of award.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice ishereby given that the Waterloo
City Council will conduct a public hearing
on the proposed specifications and form L�r
of contract for the 2018 Waste Manage-
ment Admin HVAC Cooling System at the Signed
City Council Meeting, Monday, July 16,
2018.The hearing will be held in the City
Council Chambers in Waterloo City Half.
Thecontract documents are on file in the
City Clerk's office, 715 Mulberry St., j
Waste Management Services,3505 East-
on Ave., Waterloo, Iowa, for public Subscribed and sworn to before me this t
examination.Any person interested may
file written objection with the City Clerk
before the date set for the hearing or
appear and make objection at the Day of A.D., 20
meeting.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide all labor,
equipment and materials necessary for
upgrade and replacement units for the
Waste Management Admin Cooling Sys-
