RESOLUTION NO. 2018-502 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CGA ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF 30 SOMETHING REAL ESTATE, LLC, FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF 10.02 ACRES FOR MAGNOLIA HILLS TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 12 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND NORTHWEST OF 1900 WESTCHESTER ROAD. WHEREAS, on this 2nd day of July 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of Magnolia Hills, a 12 -lot, 10.02 acre residential subdivision located adjacent to and northwest of 1900 Westchester Road, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa was presented for approval, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on June 5, 2018, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the Final Plat of Magnolia Hills, a 12 -lot, 10.02 acre residential subdivision located adjacent to and northwest of 1900 Westchester Road, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to said resolution. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 2018.
