RESOLUTION NO. 2018-498 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CGA ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF 30 SOMETHING REAL ESTATE, LLC, FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF 10.02 ACRES FOR MAGNOLIA HILLS TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TWELVE (12) LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND NORTHWEST OF 1900 WESTCHESTER ROAD. WHEREAS, on this 2nd day of July 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of 10.02 acres for Magnolia Hills, was presented for approval by CGA Engineering on behalf of 30 Something Real Estate, LLC, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on June 5, 2018, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat submitted by CGA Engineering on behalf of 30 Something Real Estate, LLC of 10.02 acres for Magnolia Hills, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 2018.
