RESOLUTION NO. 2018-476
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2019
SINGLE AXLE SNOW CONTROL (PLOW), 37,000 GROSS
VEHICLE WEIGHT DUMP TRUCKS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of two (2) 2019 single axle snow control (plow), 37,000 gross
vehicle weight dump trucks, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director, did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) 2019 single axle snow control
(plow), 37,000 gross vehicle weight dump trucks, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 18, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of two (2) 2019 single axle snow control (plow), 37,000 gross vehicle weight dump
trucks, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2018.
